| | Return Conditions |
Generally, the items that are NOT accepted for return are items that have been worn, resized, engraved, altered, damaged due to negligence and custom-made orders. Custom-made orders are items that have been personalized to such an extent that its selling potential to other customers is quite small. The company’s security tag should remain attached to the item and the original gemological laboratory certificate, if any, returned as well.
If the item is to be shipped, make use of a strong box with adequate padding to prevent damage to the contents. Make sure that you insure the item at least equal to the purchase price. The company should issue a return authorization code for the proper processing of your return.
| | Refundable and Non-Refundable Costs | For items that have been returned according to agreed conditions, the full purchase price is refunded. However, shipping, sizing and other special fees are non-refundable. A restocking or refurbishing fee is charged for accepted return items deemed not to be in the same condition in which it was received or returned without strictly following the return policy agreement. Items with detached security tags are examples of this kind of conditioned return even if the loose tags are included in the returned merchandise.
Security tags are very small and quite difficult to remove. It need not be removed if there is any possibility of return as it only contains the item number or product description and not the price. All items are visually examined for signs of wear before issuance of any refund, exchange or credit.

| Resizing by your Jeweler | Resizing that has been done by your own jeweler and not by the seller of your ring is considered an alteration which disqualifies it for return. Sizing a ring involves the heating of metal to a very high temperature which can potentially cause damage to the gemstones and the ring itself. It is recommended to have the jewelers guarantee their work in writing for protection against future breakage or damage.
If you do comparison shopping where you purchase more than one item and return the other pieces that you would not want, a restocking fee is charged on the returned items.
